Chef Bill Wade of Texarkana, Texas Has Been Named Official Chef of Podunk,
Texas Chef
Wade was named Louisiana's Chef of the Year in 1980. Chef Bill has a treasure
chest of hundreds of award-winning recipes and has authored several
cookbooks. Coming
soon will be a collaboration between Wade and Dr. Jay introducing the
"Official Cookbook of Podunk, Texas". The new cookbook will
introduce you to hundreds of mouth-watering, prize-winning recipes, so stay
